It's important to understand that there are no quick fixes or fad fat loss programs promising unrealistic results like "lose 100% body fat in 60 days." Achieving sustainable fitness goals takes time, dedication, and a realistic approach. KSPT are here to provide the guidance, support, and expertise needed to help you navigate this journey successfully.
If fat loss was your ultimate goal then achieving this requires a realistic perspective and understanding that it's a process that takes time. Just as you didn't gain excess weight overnight, the journey to losing it will likely span a longer period, easily a few months. While it's tempting to seek quick fixes or shortcuts, sustainable results come from a balanced approach and consistent effort over time.
This is where the right level of coaching and expertise becomes crucial. By working with someone who has first hand experience and knowledge, you can trust that you're receiving guidance from someone who understands the challenges and has successfully overcome them. With the right support, you can navigate your fat loss journey effectively and achieve lasting results.
My motto is simple - "Become the hardest worker in the room" the only competition you should have is with yourself. Progressing just 1% each day sets you on the path to success. After all Rome wasn't built in 1 day, therefore embracing the mindset of being the hardest worker in the room is key. With this mentality, you're unstoppable (cue the Sia lyrics).
Belief in yourself and trust in the process are paramount. By cultivating small, consistent habits and repeating them diligently, you'll undoubtedly see results and achieve greatness. It's all about consistent effort and maximum dedication to your goals.
Be sure to explore our Client Testimonial page to see real results from individuals just like you. Who knows, you could be the next success story! Whether we're working together on the gym floor or on a 1-2-1 call, you'll hear me talk a lot about the three key pillars to success at KSPT.
These pillars are fundamental to achieving your fitness goals.
1. Hard Work
2. Consistency
3. Dedication

Throughout the years, I've embraced numerous challenges and taken part in several charity events, accomplishments that I hold dear and intend to continue pursuing with unwavering enthusiasm. It's not solely the fundraising aspect that brings me joy, but also the challenges themselves and the rigorous training required to conquer them. I'm committed to pushing my limits and welcoming new opportunities for growth and achievement, and I look forward to tackling many more challenges in the future.
Since 2014, I've been privileged to raise over £20,000 and counting for various charities and causes close to my heart. This achievement fills me with immense pride and brings great joy, knowing that I've been able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need. By pushing my limits and putting my body on the line, I've been able to contribute to positive change and support important causes, a journey that I'm deeply grateful for.
I like to test myself physically, to see what we're truly capable of achieving. This same approach drives my training and coaching philosophy - I encourage my clients to push their boundaries, both physically and mentally, to reach their fullest potential. By challenging ourselves and embracing discomfort, we not only grow stronger physically, but also develop resilience and mental toughness that extends beyond the gym environment. Together, we can strive to push the limits and unlock new levels of performance and personal growth.
It’s not just about how physically demanding the challenge is, preparation and timing are crucial elements in any endeavour. It's not just about the physical demands; meticulous planning and strategic preparation are essential to ensure peak performance at the right moment.
These details are where the magic happens, and they're aspects that I thoroughly enjoy fine-tuning. As the saying goes, "there's no substitute for hard work" - it's earned through dedication and commitment. True success comes from putting in the hours and giving it your all, and that's a principle I firmly believe in and advocate for in all aspects of life.
Below you will see a list of recent charity events and challenges I have completed both working in a team and individually, with the most recent first. Here's to completing plenty more in the years to come!
The 2024 challenge is going to be the BIGGEST one we have done to date.
Planning has already started and more information will be provided within the coming months.
The charity partner has already been selected, all we are waiting on now is the confirmed date and start time!
This was another mountain climb, this time - the mighty Ben Nevis in Scotland. The peak is over 4,000 feet above sea level and it is the tallest mountain across the British Isles. The challenge was completed by by the team in just over 7 and a half hours on the 6th of August 2023.
A total distance of 11 miles was covered and over 34,000 steps taken. We managed to raise a staggering £5942 for Khalsa Aid, to help with the Punjab floods at the time. This by far the largest amount we have raised on one charity event!
A HUGE heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated!
This was a unique running challenge which tested our endurance and mental fortitude to the absolute maximum. By far the hardest challenge I have completed to date! The challenge was simple - run 4 miles, every 4 hours for a total of 48 hours.
This includes our resting, eating and sleeping time within the allocated 4 hour timeframe. The only rule is once the 4 hours were finished the next run had to begin! We managed to raise £2770 for two fantastic charities – Malala Fund UK and Pingalwara Charitable Society UK.
This was another cycling challenge which was 140 miles in total to be completed in 2 days. The C2C route runs from the scenic coast of northwest England in Whitehaven and goes through the Northern Lakes and over the Pennines before reaching its conclusion on the shores of the North Sea in Tyneside which is a total of 225 km.
This challenge was completed on only 3 weeks’ notice which meant a lot of training had to be done in such a short space of time. We managed to raise a whopping £2870 for Khalsa Aid. Thank you to everyone who donated!
This was my second time completing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge. The Yorkshire 3 Peaks route is 24 miles (38.6km) in total and it includes a 1585m (5200ft) of ascent. The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres) in under 12 hours. For this challenge we were raising funds for two great causes:
1. Akaal TV - Where a young girl from India who requires a kidney operation - as mentioned on the Akaal TV channel.
2. Khalsa Aid - Who are an international NGO with the aim to provide humanitarian aid in disaster areas and civil conflict zones around the world.
We managed to raise £2785 in total for these two great causes.
In the summer of 2020 during Covid-19, I decided to cycle 250 miles in one month for Alzheimer’s Society. The charity helps people who suffer with dementia. This was during the Covid-19 pandemic, so cases were at an all-time high.
Therefore the need for support was even higher, which gave me even more reason to complete their cycle for dementia challenge. We managed to raise £650 at the time of the challenge.

In 2018, a team of 13 friends completed the Total Warrior challenge. For those of you who have not heard of this event, it is a run through a military style obstacle course involving a lot of mud and a gauntlet of challenges ranging from ice pools to electrocution.
Our mental grit and physical endurance will be tested to the brim. We raised money for Khalsa Aid and the organisation is based upon the Sikh principle of "Recognise the whole human race as one". We managed to raise £1566 in total and had a blast throughout.

This was my third and the last time (TBC) completing the SACA 130 mile Bike Ride from Birmingham to London. The charity was raising funds for the Wellchild's helping hands projects. Wellchild is the national charity for sick children.
The helping hands projects will enable them to make the homes/gardens of children with serious illnesses more accessible and practical for their everyday lives. We managed to raise £700 towards this great cause at the time of the challenge.
This was the first time I completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge back in 2016 with work colleagues. The Yorkshire 3 peaks route is 24 miles (38.6km) in total and it includes a 1585m (5200ft) of ascent. The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres).
This challenge was completed via my workplace at the time – Provident, me and three other colleagues completed the challenge within the allotted 12 hour timeframe. We managed to raise £55 at the time for the chosen charity partner of the company which was Macmillan Cancer Support. Macmillan move mountains to help people with cancer live life as fully as they can and they do whatever it takes.
This was my second time completing the SACA 130 mile Bike Ride from Birmingham to London. We again raised money for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and more specifically for children who were suffering with cancer via SACA. SACA is a voluntary charity which focuses on projects to improve facilities and treatment available for children who are suffering from illnesses or are terminally ill.
SACA has partnered with other like-minded children's charities and hospitals to be able to deliver these services and facilities. We managed to raise a total of £1048 for this amazing charity at the time of the challenge.
This was my first time completing the SACA 130 mile Bike Ride from Birmingham to London. Each year hundreds of children go to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham for their radiotherapy treatment. The treatment can be a daunting experience for anybody but especially frightening for children.
The SACA charity bike ride will raise money for the hospital to redevelop the radiotherapy department by creating a child friendly recovery room. The hospital also wants to give every child who receives radiotherapy a toy on completion of their treatment, to reward them for their bravery. We managed to raise £1000 for the Hospital at the time of the challenge.
This was the first time I had climbed up Mount Snowden in Wales which I later completed again in 2016 and 2020.
We raised money for Khalsa Aid on this occasion who are an international NGO with the aim to provide humanitarian aid in disaster areas and civil conflict zones around the world.
Recent projects include assisting communities in the aftermath of the UK floods, the Yemen civil war, and the conflict in Congo as well as assisting refugees in Greece, Lebanon, Iraq and Rohingya. You can read up more about Khalsa Aid and their great work by clicking on the link below. We managed to raise over £550 at the time. of the challenge.
