Following our initial conversation to discuss your goals and objectives, and to determine if our services align with your needs, you will receive a set of documents to complete. These documents will include training, lifestyle, and current diet questionnaires. Once these questionnaires are completed and sent back to me to analyse, we will conduct a fitness test (either face-to-face or virtually) to assess your capabilities and determine your current level of physical activity. This comprehensive process allows us to tailor our approach to best suit your individual needs and ensure effective progress towards your fitness goals.
Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we will tailor a specific training program to suit your body type - whether you identify as an ectomorph, mesomorph, or endomorph, and align with your desired goals. Your input will be integral to this process, as we take into consideration any training preferences, limitations, or restrictions you may have. Our aim is to adopt an individualised approach that prioritises your needs and abilities. Additionally, we provide ongoing education to ensure that you not only achieve immediate success but also sustain lasting results over time.
The meal planning process mirrors the training program design phase, emphasising a personalised approach tailored to your preferences and goals. Together, we'll review your food preferences and identify areas where adjustments can be made to align with your objectives. This includes exploring quick fixes, determining your individual caloric intake requirements, conducting nutritional analysis, and providing guidance on foods that support your goals, as well as those to avoid, along with explanations of why certain choices are beneficial. Our aim is to equip you with an easy-to-follow guide that empowers you to make informed dietary decisions for sustainable progress and overall well-being.
Once all the required documentation is complete and your customised training program and meal plan are established, our support doesn't end there. We'll be with you every step of the way, closely monitoring your progress. Depending on your availability and preferences, we'll schedule regular check-ins - whether daily, weekly, or monthly to assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your program. These check-ins are crucial for tracking your journey, addressing any challenges or concerns, and ensuring that your plan continues to effectively support your goals. Your success is our priority, and we're committed to providing ongoing support and guidance to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
